Bridge To Entrepreneurship Program “STACK”

Teaches fundamental and advanced business and entrepreneurship principles to students who plan to start a business or lead a business after graduation. Entrepreneurship requires an understanding of business and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as a mastery of “human skills” and leadership skills. Students will grow personally and professionally through this program and will acquire the skills necessary for success as a leader in business.

Description

Bridge to Entrepreneurship Program “STACK”

Series of three Skills Academy modules, each of which includes a full semester (15 weeks) of live courses with Business and Higher Education Experts. Students will go through a process of learning more about their personalities and leadership styles, as well as how their own personal mission, core values and vision will be translated into their business’s mission, core values and vision. They will learn the importance and practice of motivation and commitment; how to build a team and a culture; how to lead effectively; and critical skills for business owners like vision casting, hiring and interviewing, and negotiations.

Future entrepreneurs also need to know how to manage business finances and track key performance indicators. Successful leadership requires the mastery of the “human skills” like communication, emotional intelligence, state management, resilience and so much more. Students in this program “stack” will have the opportunity to learn from a 30-year entrepreneur who has a John Maxwell certification and a Six Sigma Certification and has done business optimization consulting all over the world.

Who it is for:

Specifically designed for high school students or recent high school graduates who plan to start a business or lead a business.
